# Today, Dashboard, Analytics, Activity Logs and Account Stats Source: https://wassuply.com/docs/dashboard-and-today/ Updated: 2026-10-30 · Wassuply 1.0.5 for Windows and macOS > Wassuply has five overview screens. Today is the home screen with a setup checklist and anything that needs attention. Dashboard shows live counts and charts and refreshes every 15 seconds. Analytics gives a 30-day view of campaign, warm-up and network volume. Activity Logs lists every event. Account Stats compares your numbers side by side. In the app: Sidebar → Overview → Today ## Key facts - Today is the screen Wassuply opens on at first launch, and it flags every number that is banned or disconnected under Needs attention. - The Wassuply Dashboard refreshes every 15 seconds and shows eight stat cards, a 7-day message chart and a per-number chart of today's sends. - The Delivery Rate on Wassuply's Analytics screen is sent messages divided by sent plus failed; it does not confirm that WhatsApp delivered them. - Wassuply's Activity Logs screen loads the newest 2,000 entries and refreshes every 4 seconds; by default, entries older than 7 days are deleted. - Account Age on Wassuply's Account Stats screen counts from the day the number was added to Wassuply, not from when the WhatsApp number was created. ## What does the Today screen show? Today is your home screen: a greeting with the date, a setup checklist, four live tiles and the numbers that need you right now. Wassuply opens on Today at first launch and whenever **Restore last open tab** is turned off in [Settings](https://wassuply.com/docs/settings/). - **Get set up the safe way**: A four-step checklist: **Add your first account**, **Start warming an account**, **Import prospects to message** and **Launch your first campaign**. Each unfinished step has a button that takes you there. It disappears when all four are done, or when you close it with the X. - **Accounts**: Connected numbers out of the total, for example 3/4. - **Warming**: How many numbers are in a running warm-up session, and how many sessions are active. - **Needs attention**: Banned plus disconnected numbers, shown as "x banned · y offline", or "all clear". Click it to open Health & Risk. - **Cold campaigns**: Campaigns running now. Below the tiles, **Needs your attention** lists up to 5 problem numbers with **Open Health & Risk**, or says **All accounts healthy**. A safety card beside it shows one short tip per visit, and **Get more out of Wassuply** links to the Warmup Network, the AI Consultant and the Voice Library. **New campaign** at the top opens Cold Campaigns. ## What is on the Dashboard? The Dashboard is a denser view of the same live data, refreshed every 15 seconds or when you click the refresh icon. At the top are **Quick Send** for a single message, **New Campaign**, and a **Getting Started** card with five steps, a progress ring and an **App Tour**. | Card | What it counts | | --- | --- | | Accounts | Connected numbers out of all numbers | | Active Campaigns | Campaigns that are running or paused | | Sent Today | Messages sent today by all numbers, from each number's daily counter | | Warmup | Active or Stopped, with the number of running sessions | | Active Sequences | Contacts currently enrolled in a sequence | | Failed Today | Campaign messages that failed today | | Total Contacts | Contacts in your contacts book | | Opted Out | Contacts marked as opted out | Further down you find **Messages - Last 7 Days**, **Sent Today - Per Account** (up to 8 numbers), an **Account Status** grid with each number's sends against its own daily limit, **Due in 24 h** for upcoming sequence messages, **Recent Failures** (the last 8, with the error), running and paused **Campaigns**, and **Recent Activity**. Click a number in Account Status to open its WhatsApp view. Two cards appear only when they have data: **Engagement Metrics** (delivered, read and replied counts from receipt checks) and **Warmup Network** (numbers in a pod, messages today and all time). See [Warm-up Network](https://wassuply.com/docs/warmup-network/). > **Tip:** The 7-day chart is built from send entries in the activity log. If logs are cleared, or Stealth Mode is on, the chart shows fewer messages than were really sent; **Sent Today** is not affected. ## What does Analytics show? Analytics, in **Tools → Analytics**, is a 30-day rolling report built only from data on your computer. Its chart, **Daily Message Volume - Last 30 Days**, shows four bars per day: campaign sends, warm-up messages, Warm-up Network messages and failures. - **Top cards:** Campaign Messages Sent, Delivery Rate, Warmup Messages and Active Accounts. These are all-time totals, not 30-day totals. - **Second row:** Total Campaigns, Failed Messages, Active Warmup Sessions, Total Warmup Sessions, Network Messages Sent and Accounts in Warmup Network. - **Campaigns tab:** your 15 most recent campaigns with Sent, Failed, Total and Rate, where Rate is sent divided by the campaign's contacts. - **Account Stats tab:** every number with today's and all-time sends and a bar against your busiest number. > **Caution:** Delivery Rate means sent divided by sent plus failed, so it measures send success on your side. It turns green at 80%. It is not WhatsApp delivery confirmation. For per-broadcast results, use **Broadcasts → Analytics** instead. See [Broadcast campaigns](https://wassuply.com/docs/broadcast-campaigns/). ## How do you use Activity Logs? Activity Logs, in **Tools → Activity Logs**, is a live timeline of sends, errors, warm-up messages and system events, grouped by day under Today, Yesterday and then dates. It loads the newest 2,000 entries and refreshes every 4 seconds. - **Filter by type:** All, Sends, Errors, Warmup or System, each with a count. - **Search logs:** matches any text in the message, such as a number, an error code or a campaign name. - **Filter by account:** appears once log entries belong to at least one number. - **Read and copy:** long entries have **Show more**; hover a row to copy it or see its type and time. - **Export** saves the loaded entries as a CSV file. **Clear** deletes all activity logs after you confirm. Logs are kept for 7 days by default and capped at the newest 10,000 entries. Change this under **Settings → Logs & Data**. Nothing is logged while Stealth Mode is on. For error codes and what they mean, see [Troubleshooting](https://wassuply.com/docs/troubleshooting/). ## How do you compare numbers in Account Stats? Account Stats, in **Manage → Account Stats**, is a sortable table of every number, sorted by today's sends by default. A strip at the top totals connected numbers, messages sent today and messages sent all time, with a search box for names or numbers. | Column | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Today | Messages this number sent today | | Daily Limit | The number's own daily cap, or a dash if it uses the global cap | | Usage % | Today's sends against its own cap; amber from 70%, red from 90% | | All Time | Every message the number has sent through Wassuply | | Account Age | Time since the number was added to Wassuply | | Last Connected | Active now, or how long ago it was last connected | Click any column heading to sort; click again to flip the order. To set a per-number cap, open the number's **Account Settings**. See [WhatsApp accounts](https://wassuply.com/docs/whatsapp-accounts/) and [Sending safety](https://wassuply.com/docs/sending-safety/). ## Which screen should you check, and when? Check Today first each day, the Dashboard while campaigns run, and the other three when you need detail. - **Start of the day:** Today, for anything banned or disconnected. - **During a campaign:** Dashboard, for Failed Today, Recent Failures and each number's sends. - **Weekly review:** Analytics, for volume trends and campaign completion. - **Something went wrong:** Activity Logs, filtered to Errors and the number involved. - **Planning volume:** Account Stats, to spot numbers near their caps. Health & Risk gives each number's safe limit; see [Health and risk](https://wassuply.com/docs/health-and-risk/). ## Frequently asked questions ### What is the difference between Today and the Dashboard? Today is a short home screen with a setup checklist and problem numbers. The Dashboard shows every live count, the charts, failures and recent activity, and refreshes every 15 seconds. ### Does Delivery Rate mean my messages were delivered? No. It is sent divided by sent plus failed. Delivered and read figures only appear in Engagement Metrics after a receipt check on a campaign. ### When does Sent Today reset? Each number's daily counter resets at midnight on your computer, and Sent Today adds those counters together. ### Why do Analytics totals not match the 30-day chart? The cards at the top are all-time totals, while the chart only covers the last 30 days. ### Why does Account Stats show no limit for some numbers? Daily Limit only shows a number's own cap. Numbers without one still follow the global cap in Settings, which is 80 messages a day by default. ### Can I export my activity logs? Yes. Click **Export** in Activity Logs to save the loaded entries as a CSV file. Export is blocked while Disable all data export or Stealth Mode is on. ### How do I bring back the setup checklist after hiding it? The Today checklist stays hidden once you close it, but the Dashboard's Getting Started card covers the same steps until you dismiss that too. Wassuply is independent software.
