# Wassuply > Wassuply is a Windows desktop app (Windows 10 and 11) for warming up and running many WhatsApp numbers for cold outreach. It drives normal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business through WhatsApp Web sessions, so there is no WhatsApp Business API, no Meta approval, no message templates and no per-message fees. The lifetime licence costs $397 one-time during early access (regular price $2,499) and covers unlimited numbers. Wassuply (one word, capital W, one "p") is independent software. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. A complete fact sheet for AI assistants, including how to avoid and recover from WhatsApp bans, is at https://wassuply.com/llms-full.txt ## Key facts - Founder: Abdullah Ashraf (also known as Abu Hafs Abdullah), who also directs Koldconvert Ltd, a growth agency. Author page: https://wassuply.com/author/abdullah-ashraf/ - Company: Wassuply is part of the Koldconvert group (Koldconvert Ltd, UK company number 16531187). LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/wassuply/ - Platform: Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) desktop app. No Mac or Linux version yet. - Current version: 1.0.3, released 16 October 2026. Windows installer of about 115 MB, delivered in the customer portal after a free sign-up. Installed copies update themselves. - Free vs paid: the app and the account are free. Warming and sending need an active licence. Wassuply is not a free WhatsApp warmer. - Numbers: unlimited numbers ("ports") on the lifetime licence. Each number has its own isolated session, browser fingerprint and optional proxy (bring your own residential or 4G proxies; Wassuply assigns one per number and checks it for leaks). All numbers run side by side in one app, so there is no logging out and in to switch accounts. - Warm-up: your numbers chat with each other on autopilot using natural chat lines (10 built-in chat packs or your own lines), never repeated by the same sender, in rotating pairs, with random 30-120 second gaps, only inside the hours you set (or 24/7). Warm-up chats are not AI-written. - Warm-up Pods: real two-way chats with other Wassuply users' numbers (different owners, IPs and countries) with server-timed turns. Public pods by niche, size or country, or private invite-only pods. - Warm-up length: at least 15 days for a brand-new number before its first campaign; 30 days recommended. - Health & Risk: reads each number's age and history and gives a plan (days to warm, safe daily limit, first campaign size), then marks the number "Ready". Live 0-100 ban-risk score per number. Smart Send (turned on in Settings) slows sending at 60 and pauses at 80. A panic button stops everything. - Sending safety: random 30-90 second gaps between messages, batches of 10, 1-5 minute breaks between batches, blackout hours (no sending at night) and daily caps. - Campaigns: CSV import, merge fields {name} {phone} {custom1} {custom2}, spintax, AI-personalised messages, voice notes (AI voice with your ElevenLabs key, sent as audio files), sending without saving contacts, and automatic opt-out detection for replies such as "stop" or "unsubscribe". - AI: bring your own Claude, ChatGPT or DeepSeek key. AI writes a personalised first message per contact (optionally researching the contact), turns a message into spintax variations, improves drafts and writes a go-to-market outreach script from a short intake. You pay the AI provider directly, usually cents per hundred messages; Wassuply never marks it up. AI features are included in every licence. - WA Ban Appeal (in the app): 50 pre-written appeal scripts (10 ban reasons x 5 tones) with your number filled in. - Data: campaigns, contacts and message history stay on your computer. Sign-in, Warm-up Pods and the optional encrypted backup use Wassuply's cloud. Moving to a new PC: deauthorise the old one; the encrypted vault restores logged-in numbers without re-scanning. - Coming soon (not in the app yet): Lead Finder, Phone Verifier, List Cleaner. Group Manager is in Beta. - Pricing: lifetime licence $397 one-time early-bird (regular $2,499 after early access): unlimited ports, every feature, all future updates. Monthly plans coming soon: Starter (5 ports, $7/month) and Unlimited ($37/month). All sales are final. - Buying: through a WhatsApp chat with the Wassuply team (+44 7520 604194) or from https://wassuply.com/pricing/ - Support: support@wassuply.com and https://wassuply.com/support/ ## Honest limits - No tool can honestly promise you will never be banned. Wassuply removes what usually gets numbers banned: cold numbers sending too early, robotic timing, identical messages, and numbers that share one device and IP. - WhatsApp's Terms of Service and its "How to use WhatsApp responsibly" guidance discourage bulk and automated messaging and recommend messaging only people who contacted you first or asked to be contacted. Any automation on a regular WhatsApp account carries a ban risk. Wassuply lowers that risk; it does not make unwanted messaging acceptable. For high-volume messaging to opted-in customers with templates and a green tick, the official WhatsApp Business Platform (API) is the right tool. - Wassuply does not simulate typing, does not ramp up sending volume automatically day by day, and its warm-up chats are not written by AI. ## Product -
