WADesk pricing is per port, and one port is one WhatsApp account. Basic is free with 2 ports. Pro costs $300 a year and Max $550 a year, both starting at 5 ports (about $5 and $9.20 per port per month). At 10 ports, Pro is $599 and Max $1,099 a year. Figures from wadesk.io, October 2026.
This guide uses only what WADesk and WAWarmer show on their own sites. Where they do not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing. We make Wassuply, a Windows app for warming up and running many WhatsApp numbers, so we compare it at the end and try to keep that part fair.
WADesk is a WhatsApp CRM for sales teams. Its pricing page lists three plans. All of them include unlimited team members; what you pay for is ports.
| Plan | Price shown | Ports | Who WADesk says it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free forever | 2 | Individuals, solo operators and small teams |
| Pro | $300 / year | From 5 | Teams that need AI and automation |
| Max | $550 / year | From 5 | Teams that need lead, group and risk management |

WADesk's FAQ defines a port as "a slot for one WhatsApp account". Ports are shared by the whole team, so five salespeople can share 10 ports, or one person can run all 10.
The FAQ also gives the formula: final price equals base rate, times number of ports, times a volume discount, times subscription length, times a term discount. The page says "Prices shown are annual starting prices", that more ports lower the average cost, and that teams needing 100+ ports or a custom billing cycle should talk to sales. The exact discount tiers are not published.
The pricing page has a calculator for 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100 ports. These are its annual prices. The per-number-per-year columns are our arithmetic (annual price divided by ports); the per-month figures are WADesk's own rounded numbers.
| Ports | Pro per year | Per number per year | Per port per month (WADesk) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $300 | $60.00 | about $5 |
| 10 | $599 | $59.90 | about $5 |
| 20 | $1,149 | $57.45 | about $4.80 |
| 30 | $1,649 | $54.97 | about $4.60 |
| 50 | $2,599 | $51.98 | about $4.30 |
| 100 | $5,049 | $50.49 | about $4.20 |
| Ports | Max per year | Per number per year | Per port per month (WADesk) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $550 | $110.00 | about $9.20 |
| 10 | $1,099 | $109.90 | about $9.20 |
| 20 | $2,049 | $102.45 | about $8.50 |
| 30 | $2,999 | $99.97 | about $8.30 |
| 50 | $4,799 | $95.98 | about $8 |
| 100 | $8,949 | $89.49 | about $7.50 |

Two things stand out. First, the discount is gentle: going from 5 to 100 ports cuts the per-number cost by about 16% on Pro and 19% on Max. Second, the bill scales almost linearly with numbers. Ten numbers on Max is $1,099 a year, which is where the "about $1,100 for 10 accounts" figure you may have seen comes from.
WADesk runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Android, per its download page.
Partly. Basic is "free forever" with 2 ports, which is enough to try the inbox and CRM. The caps (10 bulk messages, 100 lead-mining credits) mean it is a trial of the workflow rather than a way to run outreach. Anything beyond 2 numbers means a paid plan, and paid plans start at 5 ports.
WAWarmer is a separate warm-up product from the same company, at warmer.wadesk.io. Its pricing page does not show prices. Each tier has a Contact Sales or Get Custom Quote button:
| WAWarmer plan | Active ports | Bonus offline ports | Add-on ports |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | 10 | Standard rate |
| Professional | 30 | 30 | Save 20% |
| Business | 50 | 50 | Save 40% |
| Enterprise | 100+ | Equal to active | Up to 60% off |

Every plan includes a 3-day free trial, AI-written multi-turn warm-up chats, background warming and a private matching pool, and the page mentions a "90-day cycle". WAWarmer says one port warms one account at a time. Because no prices are shown, you need a quote to compare it; we have not guessed one.
Wassuply prices differently: one licence covers unlimited numbers (ports). The early-bird lifetime licence is $397 once, with every feature and all future updates; the regular price after early access is $2,499. Monthly plans are coming soon: Starter, 5 ports, $7 a month, and Unlimited, $37 a month. Here is the first-year cost at each WADesk calculator size:
| Numbers | WADesk Pro | WADesk Max | Wassuply lifetime | Wassuply monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $300 | $550 | $397 once | $444 ($84 on Starter) |
| 10 | $599 | $1,099 | $397 once | $444 |
| 20 | $1,149 | $2,049 | $397 once | $444 |
| 30 | $1,649 | $2,999 | $397 once | $444 |
| 50 | $2,599 | $4,799 | $397 once | $444 |
| 100 | $5,049 | $8,949 | $397 once | $444 |
WADesk columns: first-year price from its calculator. Wassuply lifetime: the early-bird one-time price. Wassuply monthly: 12 months of the Unlimited plan at $37 a month (Starter, 5 ports, is $7 a month); monthly plans are coming soon.
Over three years at 10 numbers, if WADesk renews at today's listed price: Pro is $1,797, Max is $3,297, Wassuply's early-bird lifetime stays $397, and at the regular $2,499 lifetime price it would still be one payment.
Where the comparison flips: at 5 numbers, WADesk Pro ($300 a year) costs less than Wassuply's lifetime licence in year one and only passes it during year two. And against Wassuply's regular $2,499 price, WADesk Pro at 10 ports takes a little over four years to cost more.
Wassuply: warm-up, Warm-up Pods, Health & Risk and AI outreach in one Windows app. Free account, Windows 10 and 11.
Download the app freeWADesk shows annual prices. Pro works out to about $5 per port per month and Max to about $9.20 per port per month at 5 to 10 ports, falling to about $4.20 and $7.50 at 100 ports. The smallest paid plan is $300 a year for 5 ports.
On WADesk's pricing calculator (checked October 2026), 10 ports cost $599 a year on Pro and $1,099 a year on Max. That is about $60 or $110 per WhatsApp number per year.
WADesk Basic is free forever with 2 ports, but it is capped: 10 bulk messages, 100 lead-mining credits, 100 number verifications, 10,000 translation characters and 7 days of cloud chat history. Paid plans start at 5 ports.
Not on its pricing page as of October 2026. Every paid price shown is an annual subscription priced per port, and WADesk refers custom billing cycles and 100+ ports to its sales team.
WAWarmer does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Starter (10 ports), Professional (30), Business (50) and Enterprise (100+) with a Contact Sales button on each, a 3-day free trial, and bigger add-on port discounts on larger plans.
On price alone for many numbers, usually. Wassuply's early-bird lifetime licence is $397 once for unlimited numbers, while WADesk Pro is $599 a year and Max $1,099 a year at 10 ports. The products differ: WADesk is a team CRM, Wassuply is a Windows app for warm-up and outreach.
