WAWarmer lives at warmer.wadesk.io and comes from the same company as WADesk, the WhatsApp CRM. It automates warm-up in the background while you keep using the account: your numbers exchange AI-generated, multi-turn chats on everyday topics instead of repeated "hi" and "hello" loops.
It offers three ways to warm. In-system mode pairs accounts on one device. Multi-device mode pairs accounts across your team's computers. Account pool mode matches your numbers with others in a private pool, so you do not need partners. You set intervals, delayed replies, online time and daily limits, and a dashboard shows a health score per account.
WAWarmer recommends a 7 to 15 day progressive warm-up and ships preset plans of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Its own guide is candid that the client must stay open while warming, and that it cannot guarantee a ban-free experience.
From WAWarmer's own pricing page, as of October 2026. No prices are published: every plan asks you to contact sales. One port warms one account at a time, and plans run on a 90-day cycle.
| WAWarmer plan | Active ports | Bonus offline ports | Add-on ports | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | 10 | Standard rate | Contact sales |
| Professional | 30 | 30 | 20% off | Contact sales |
| Business | 50 | 50 | 40% off | Contact sales |
| Enterprise | 100+ | Equal to active | Up to 60% off | Custom quote |
Because WAWarmer only warms, a full outreach setup also needs a sender. If that sender is WADesk, its own pricing page shows 10 ports at $599 a year on Pro or $1,099 a year on Max (see our WADesk pricing breakdown). Wassuply covers warm-up and sending with one licence: $397 once for unlimited numbers during early access, $2,499 after it, with monthly plans coming soon ($7 a month for 5 ports, $37 a month unlimited).

Warming builds history on a new number, so its first outreach does not look like a brand-new account blasting strangers. It does not protect a number that then sends identical messages at machine-regular intervals to a cold list. WhatsApp's own help center says it bans accounts for bulk and automated messaging, whatever tool sent them.
That is why Wassuply puts the warmer and the sender in one app. The same number that warmed for 15 to 30 days then sends with random gaps, small batches, breaks and quiet hours, and its live risk score keeps counting. WAWarmer is a WhatsApp warm-up tool from the company behind WADesk, at warmer.wadesk.io. It runs AI-written, multi-turn chats between accounts in the background, with three modes: in-system, multi-device and an account pool. It runs on Windows 10 and later and on macOS.
WAWarmer does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Starter (10 active ports), Professional (30), Business (50) and Enterprise (100+) plans, each with a Contact Sales button, plus a 3-day free trial and a 90-day cycle.
No. WAWarmer is a warm-up tool: it builds activity history on your numbers. Sending is done in another tool, such as WADesk. Wassuply does both in one Windows app: warm-up first, then campaigns with random gaps, batches and breaks.
WAWarmer recommends a 7 to 15 day progressive warm-up and offers preset plans of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Wassuply asks for at least 15 days on a brand-new number, 30 if you can, and its Health & Risk plan sets each number's timeline.
Yes. WAWarmer offers downloads for Windows 10 and later, macOS on Intel and macOS on Apple Silicon. Wassuply runs on Windows 10 and 11 only today, so on a Mac WAWarmer is the option that runs.
No. Wassuply's warm-up chats use natural chat lines from 10 built-in packs or your own lines, never repeated by the same sender, and Warm-up Pods pair you with other owners' numbers. AI in Wassuply writes your outreach messages, using your own key.
No. WAWarmer's own guide says it cannot guarantee a ban-free experience, and no honest tool can. Warming lowers the risk of a new number; how you send afterwards matters as much: pacing, list quality and honouring opt-outs.
