Getting Started

After purchase, check your email for a download link. Run the installer (.exe file) as Administrator. Enter your licence key when prompted during setup. The app opens automatically after installation.

Your licence key is sent to the email address you used at purchase, within 2 minutes of payment completing. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. If it has been more than 10 minutes, contact support.

Open Wassuply and click "Add Account" in the sidebar. A QR code will appear. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings, then "Linked Devices," and scan the QR code. The account will connect in seconds.

Wassuply requires Windows 10 version 1903 or later, or Windows 11. 64-bit operating system is required. Minimum 4GB RAM recommended for running multiple accounts simultaneously.

Account Warmup

The recommended warmup period is 7 to 14 days for new numbers. Very new SIM cards (less than 1 week old) should complete the full 14-day warmup. Numbers that have been used for personal WhatsApp previously may complete warmup in 5 to 7 days.

We strongly recommend completing the full warmup before running campaigns. Sending bulk messages during warmup defeats the purpose and significantly increases the risk of account bans. Warmup runs automatically in the background and requires no action from you.

Wassuply sends AI-generated natural-sounding messages to a built-in pool of warmup contacts in gradually increasing volumes. Starting at 5 messages per day and increasing to unlimited over 7 to 14 days. It also varies message timing and content to mimic authentic human usage patterns.

Bans after warmup are typically caused by: sending to numbers that have marked your messages as spam, using very similar message content to many contacts without personalisation, or exceeding recommended daily send limits too quickly. Enable message personalisation and use the smart delay settings in campaign options to reduce risk.

Campaigns

Contacts can be imported from a CSV file with phone numbers in international format (e.g., +447911123456). Go to Contacts, click Import, and select your CSV. The file should have one number per row or a column labelled "phone." Name and other fields are optional for personalisation.

Use tokens in your message template: {name} inserts the contact's first name, {phone} inserts their number, and any custom column from your CSV can be referenced. Example: "Hi {name}, we have a special offer for you today." Each message is unique, which reduces spam flags significantly.

Smart delay adds a randomised pause between messages to simulate human sending behaviour. We recommend a minimum delay of 8 to 15 seconds between messages for accounts that have completed warmup. Higher delays mean slower campaigns but healthier accounts. Never set delay below 5 seconds.

Account Management

Click the account in the sidebar and select "Reconnect." A new QR code will appear. Scan it with your phone. Disconnections are normal and usually happen when your phone loses internet or goes offline for an extended period. The session is not banned, just expired.

There is no software limit on accounts. The practical limit depends on your PC's RAM and CPU. Most mid-range Windows PCs handle 10 to 20 simultaneous accounts comfortably. For 50-plus accounts, 16GB RAM is recommended.

Billing and Licence

Yes. Email support@wassuply.com from the email address you used to purchase. We will resend your key within a few hours. Do not share your licence key with others as it is tied to your account.

Each licence is for use on one device at a time. If you need to move to a new PC, deactivate the licence on your old machine first (Settings > Licence > Deactivate) then activate on the new one. Contact support if you need assistance.

Troubleshooting

Try running Wassuply as Administrator (right-click the icon and select "Run as Administrator"). If it still crashes, check that your Windows is up to date. Try disabling antivirus temporarily as some AV software may block the app. If the issue persists, send a crash log from the app's data folder to support@wassuply.com.

This usually indicates the sending account has been soft-banned or restricted by WhatsApp. Check the account health status in Wassuply's dashboard. A yellow or red health indicator means the account needs rest. Pause campaigns on that account for 24 to 48 hours and do not send any messages during that time.

QR codes expire after 60 seconds. Click "Refresh QR" to generate a new one. Make sure your phone and PC are both connected to the internet. Scanning goes faster if you pre-open WhatsApp on your phone to the Linked Devices section before clicking to connect in Wassuply.
