Wassuply AI is the AI built into Wassuply, a Windows app for warming up WhatsApp numbers and running cold outreach without the API. Add your own Claude, ChatGPT or DeepSeek key and it writes a personalised first message for every contact, turns drafts into spintax, improves your wording and drafts outreach scripts. ElevenLabs adds voice notes.
AI features are included in every licence. You pay your AI provider directly.
Six AI tools, all inside the campaign builder and the AI Consultant page.
| Feature | What it does | Where in the app |
|---|---|---|
| AI-personalised first messages | Writes one unique WhatsApp opener per contact from your prompt, using that contact's name, company, job title, website, notes and custom fields. Messages are generated in the wizard's final Launch step, before anything sends, so you can read samples and regenerate. | Campaign wizard › Script step › AI-personalized |
| Contact research (optional) | Before writing, the model reasons privately about what this contact's business probably does and cares about, from the details you imported. It does not browse the web. | "Research each contact's business first" checkbox |
| Spintax generator | Rewrites your message into spintax: 4 to 8 natural phrases get {a|b|c} alternatives so every send differs. Merge fields like {name} stay exactly as they are. | "Add spintax" button |
| Message improver | Rewrites a draft one of four ways: Make it shorter, Warmer & friendlier, Less salesy / safer, or Fix grammar & flow. Your merge fields and spintax are kept. | "Improve" menu |
| GTM outreach script generator | From a short intake (your offer, industry, company size, who you contact, their main pain point and your tone) it writes a short strategy and three ready-to-send WhatsApp scripts, each a different angle. | AI Consultant page |
| AI voice notes | Turns your script into a voice note per contact with ElevenLabs, after merge fields and spintax are filled in, and sends it as an audio file. Clone your own voice or add one from ElevenLabs' voice library. | Campaign wizard › Script step › Voice note, and Voice Library |
The Script step of a Wassuply cold campaign, in Write message mode with the Add spintax and Improve buttons. Switch the message type to AI-personalized to have every contact get their own message.
Wassuply AI is "bring your own key". You choose one text provider in Settings › AI Consultant, paste an API key, and the app checks the key and lists every chat model that key can use, so you pick the model. Voice notes use a separate ElevenLabs key in Settings › Voice Notes.
| Provider | Used for | Where the key comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Claude (Anthropic) | All text features | Anthropic Console, API keys |
| ChatGPT (OpenAI) | All text features | OpenAI platform, API keys |
| DeepSeek | All text features | DeepSeek platform, API keys |
| ElevenLabs | AI voice notes, voice cloning and the voice library | Your ElevenLabs account |
One thing that trips people up: a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro chat subscription is not an API key. API access is set up and billed separately on the provider's developer platform.
The AI features themselves are included in every Wassuply licence. There are no Wassuply AI credits and no AI add-on. What you pay for is the usage on your own provider account:
| Who you pay | For what |
|---|---|
| Wassuply | Your licence: the app and every AI feature (pricing) |
| Your AI provider | The tokens your requests use, at the provider's own per-token rates |
| ElevenLabs | The characters of speech you generate, on your ElevenLabs plan |
A WhatsApp first message is short: your prompt and a few contact details go in, two to four sentences come out. That is why a hundred AI-personalised messages usually cost cents, not dollars. The exact figure depends on the model you pick; larger models cost more per token than small ones. Check current rates on the providers' pricing pages: Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek and ElevenLabs. Wassuply never marks any of it up.
Before a voice-note campaign starts, Wassuply checks your ElevenLabs key, your remaining credits and the voice you picked, so a campaign does not fail one contact at a time halfway through.
From API key to a launched campaign where every contact gets their own first message.
Here is the kind of prompt you would write once for a whole campaign:
Wassuply then writes a separate message for each row in your CSV. The two messages below are illustrative only, to show the idea; your model, prompt and contact data will produce different wording.
Add spintax on top of a written message, or keep it purely AI-written; either way no two recipients get identical text. Learn more about what spintax is.
AI helps with one specific risk: sending the same text to hundreds of people is an easy pattern to flag, and per-contact messages or spintax break that pattern. It does nothing for the other big causes of bans, which are new numbers sending too early, machine-like timing and recipients reporting you. That is why Wassuply AI sits inside an app that also warms numbers for at least 15 days (30 recommended), paces every send and gives each number a live 0-100 ban-risk score that slows sending at 60 and pauses it at 80. Read the full guide to avoiding a WhatsApp ban, or see why we call Wassuply an AI WhatsApp warmer.

Wassuply AI is the set of AI writing tools inside Wassuply, a Windows app for warming up WhatsApp numbers and running cold outreach without the API. It writes personalised first messages, spintax, improved drafts, outreach scripts and voice notes using your own AI keys.
No. The AI features are included in every Wassuply licence. You pay your AI provider directly for what you use, and Wassuply never marks it up.
Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and DeepSeek, through your own API key. After you add a key, the app lists the chat models that key can use and you pick one. Voice notes use ElevenLabs.
Usually cents per hundred messages, billed by your provider at its own rates. The exact cost depends on the model. ElevenLabs bills voice notes by characters on your plan.
No. Warm-up chats use natural lines from 10 built-in chat packs or your own lines. Wassuply AI writes outreach messages, not warm-up chats.
No. With research turned on, the model reasons about each contact's business from the details in your list, such as company, website, notes and custom fields, before it writes.
No. Those are chat subscriptions. Wassuply needs an API key from the provider's developer platform, which is billed separately.
No. AI requests go straight from your PC to the provider you chose. The contact details you include in a request are sent to that provider under its terms.
Yes. Messages are generated in the campaign's final Launch step, before sending starts. You can read samples, change your prompt and regenerate.
Your key, your provider, no markup. Free download for Windows 10 and 11; warming and sending need a licence.
