Short version: We collect your name and email to deliver your licence. We do not read, store, or sell your WhatsApp contacts or message content. Wassuply runs locally on your PC and your data stays on your device.
1. Overview
Wassuply ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you when you use our website and desktop software.
Wassuply is a Windows desktop application. The core functionality (sending messages, managing accounts, running campaigns) runs entirely on your local PC. Your WhatsApp contact lists, message content, and conversation data never leave your device or pass through our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Deliver your licence key and software download after purchase
- Send important product updates, security notices, and new version announcements
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve our website and software based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processors: Your payment information is handled directly by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.
- Email delivery: We use a transactional email provider to deliver licence keys and support responses. They process your email address solely for this purpose.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Warmup Network (optional feature): If you explicitly opt in to the Warmup Network, the WhatsApp phone number of the account(s) you enrol is shared with the other consenting members of your assigned pod so your accounts can exchange warm-up messages directly. Only members of your current pod can see it, and only for as long as you remain in the pod. Your number is removed from the pod — and stops being shared — as soon as you leave the pod, are suspended or blocked from the network, or your account data is deleted. This feature is off by default; if you never opt in, no number is ever shared.
5. Data Storage and Security
The limited account data we hold (name and email) is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to us.
6. Data Processed Locally on Your Device
Wassuply is a local desktop application. The following data is processed entirely on your own computer and is never transmitted to our servers:
- WhatsApp account credentials (QR session tokens)
- Contact lists and phone numbers you import
- Message content and campaign templates
- Delivery logs and campaign statistics
- Account health scores and warmup progress
You are solely responsible for the security of this data on your local device.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies necessary for it to function properly. We also use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These analytics do not identify you personally.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

9. Children's Privacy
Wassuply is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-Party Services
Wassuply integrates with WhatsApp Web, a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use Wassuply, you are also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review those documents.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Wassuply after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
