Plain English summary: Use Wassuply responsibly and legally. Do not spam people who have not opted in. You are responsible for what you send. We provide the software as-is and are not liable for your use of it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wassuply ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Wassuply ("Company," "we," "us"). You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use Wassuply on Windows devices you own or control.
Lifetime Deal Licences
A Lifetime Deal licence entitles you to use the Software, including all future updates, for an unlimited duration. The licence is tied to the email address used at purchase and is non-transferable.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell access to the Software
- Copy or distribute the Software to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software to create a competing product
3. Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for all content you send using Wassuply. You agree not to use the Software to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam") to people who have not given consent
- Send harassing, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content
- Promote illegal products or services
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Infringe intellectual property rights of any person
- Conduct phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices
Wassuply operates through WhatsApp Web technology using regular WhatsApp accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and applicable local laws including data protection and anti-spam regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL).
We reserve the right to terminate your licence immediately if we become aware of a material violation of this acceptable use policy.
4. Payment and Billing
The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment of $397 USD. No recurring charges apply. Payment is processed securely and you receive a download link and licence key immediately upon successful payment.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product and the instant delivery of the download link and licence key, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the licence key has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Software and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request support, contact us at support@wassuply.com.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the Software will remain compatible with future versions of WhatsApp or Windows.
WhatsApp may update its platform at any time, which may affect the functionality of Wassuply. We will endeavour to update the Software promptly but cannot guarantee continuous compatibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wassuply be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software ($397).
You acknowledge that WhatsApp may ban or restrict accounts as part of their own enforcement. Wassuply is not responsible for any account suspensions or bans by WhatsApp or Meta.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to the source code, design, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Wassuply. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Wassuply name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Wassuply. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Wassuply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. Termination
We may terminate your licence immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, and 8) shall survive the termination of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as agreed between the parties.
