Yes, there are free WhatsApp bulk senders. Rocket Sender and WA Web Sender are free Chrome extensions, WhatsApp's own broadcast lists cost nothing, and WASender and WADesk have small free desktop plans. The catch: most free plans cap volume or features, run one number from your own browser, and none of them warm up a number before it sends.

Nine options cost nothing to start. They fall into three groups: WhatsApp's own broadcast lists, browser extensions that run inside WhatsApp Web, and free tiers of paid desktop or API tools.

The WhatsApp Help Center sets out the rules: up to 256 contacts per list, every contact must have saved your number, and broadcast lists are not supported on Windows, Mac or Web. It also says some countries are seeing a monthly broadcast limit as a gradual rollout. For customers who already have you saved, this is the safest free option there is. For new leads it does nothing, because they have not saved your number.
These run inside your WhatsApp Web tab and click through the sends for you. Rocket Sender says it has no subscription or fixed message limit, imports .xls and .xlsx files and allows up to five attachments per message, but cannot schedule a campaign for later. WA Web Sender offers a free forever plan with Excel or CSV import, batch sizes, intervals, result export and failed-message retry, for individual contacts. Prime Sender and Pro Sender keep basic sending free and put scheduling, pausing and finer timing controls on paid plans priced by country.
All four send from one WhatsApp account at a time, from your own browser and internet connection. None of them warm up a number first.
These are trials more than tools. SheetWA gives 100 messages a month. WASender's desktop app gives one port and 30 lifetime uses of each tool, with a separate fingerprint and proxy per account even on the free plan. WADesk Basic gives 2 ports and 10 bulk messages. AiSensy gives you the official API for free, but broadcasting needs a paid plan, and Meta charges for every template message on the official API.

Stay free if you send a few dozen messages a week from one established number to people who expect to hear from you. Paying starts to make sense when you run more than one or two numbers, when you message strangers, or when losing a number would cost you a client.
