What Is Wassuply? The WhatsApp Warm-Up and Outreach App Explained

Wassuply is a Windows app for warming up WhatsApp numbers and running cold outreach without the API. It runs many numbers side by side, each with its own session and fingerprint, warms new numbers on autopilot for at least 15 days, scores each number's ban risk live, then sends personalised campaigns at a human pace.

What is Wassuply, in one sentence?

What does Wassuply do?

Wassuply does four jobs that most WhatsApp tools either split across several products or skip entirely.

1. It runs many WhatsApp numbers in one app

You connect each number by scanning a QR code, the same way you link WhatsApp Web. Every number gets its own isolated session, its own browser fingerprint and, if you want, its own proxy (you bring residential or 4G proxies; Wassuply assigns one per number and checks it for leaks). 2. It warms up new numbers on autopilot

A brand-new number that suddenly messages hundreds of strangers is easy to flag. Wassuply's WhatsApp warmer has your numbers chat with each other using natural lines from 10 built-in chat packs (or your own lines), never repeated by the same sender, with rotating pairs and random 30-120 second gaps, only inside the hours you set (or 24/7). Warm-up Pods pair your numbers with other Wassuply users' numbers, from different owners, IPs and countries, for real two-way chats, so you are not only texting yourself in a closed loop. A brand-new number needs at least 15 days of warm-up; 30 is recommended.

One thing worth being clear about: the warm-up chats are not AI-written. They come from the chat packs or your own lines.

3. It tells you when a number is safe to use

Health & Risk reads each number's age and history and gives you a plan: how many days to warm, a safe daily limit and the size of the first campaign. When the number is ready it flips to "Ready". Every number also has a live 0-100 ban-risk score. Smart Send (when switched on) slows sending when the score reaches 60 and pauses at 80, and a panic button stops everything at once.

4. It sends cold campaigns at a human pace

Import a CSV, write your message with merge fields ({name}, {phone}, {custom1}, {custom2}) and spintax, or let Wassuply AI write a personalised first message for each contact with your own Claude, ChatGPT or DeepSeek key. You can also send AI voice notes through your ElevenLabs key, and you do not need to save contacts on your phone first. Sending uses random 30-90 second gaps, batches of 10, 1-5 minute breaks between batches, blackout hours at night and daily caps.

How does Wassuply work without the WhatsApp Business API?

Wassuply drives the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account on your phone through a WhatsApp Web session, one session per number. That is why there is no Meta approval step, no message templates and no per-message fee. It also means you do not get the things the API gives you.

Where does Wassuply keep your data?

Your campaigns, contacts and message history stay on your computer. Sign-in, Warm-up Pods and the optional encrypted backup use Wassuply's cloud. If you use the AI features, requests go straight from your PC to the provider you picked. Moving to a new PC means deauthorising the old one in your account; the encrypted backup restores logged-in numbers without re-scanning.
