Wassuply is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that warms up WhatsApp numbers and runs paced outreach campaigns from many numbers at once. These guides cover every screen of version 1.0.4: installing, linking numbers, warm-up, safe sending, campaigns, AI messages, group tools, your plan and the customer portal.

Popular questions

Is Wassuply free to download?

Yes. The account and the download are free, and you can install and sign in without paying. Linking numbers, warming and sending need an active plan; see pricing. Read the guide.

Does Wassuply use the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Wassuply works through WhatsApp Web sessions, so there are no templates to approve and no per-message fees. If you need high-volume messaging to opted-in customers with a green tick, the official WhatsApp Business Platform is the right tool. Read the guide.

Can I warm up just one WhatsApp number?

Not with local warm-up, which needs at least two numbers to message each other. A single number can join a pod in the Warm-up Network. Read the guide.

Can other pod members see my phone number?

Yes. Every number paired with yours sees its phone number in WhatsApp, and Wassuply cannot hide it. That is why consent is required and private pods are invite-only. Read the guide.

Do recipients need my number saved to get a broadcast?

No. Each message is an ordinary WhatsApp message from one of your numbers. For a single message, use Send Message. Read the guide.

Does a reply move the prospect to the Replied stage automatically?

No. Wassuply records the reply, counts it on the campaign and stops that prospect's follow-ups, but stages only change when you move the card. Read the guide.

Do I need a licence key to activate Wassuply?

No. Sign in to the desktop app with the email your plan is under. If you bought with a different email, contact support@wassuply.com. Read the guide.

How do I reset my Wassuply password?

Go to wassuply.com/portal, enter your email and click Or email me a login link. After the link signs you in, set a new password under Settings → Security. Read the guide.
