Wassuply Settings: every option and its default

Updated Wassuply 1.0.4 for Windows and macOS 8 min read

Quick answer

Wassuply's Settings screen has 14 sections, from Profile and Sending to Privacy, Logs & Data and the Danger Zone. Switches save the moment you flip them; number and text fields save when you click Save Changes. Key defaults: 80 messages per number per day, 30 to 90 second gaps, batches of 10, and 7 days of activity logs.

Key facts

  • Wassuply's Global Daily Send Limit defaults to 80 messages a day for every number that has no daily limit of its own.
  • By default Wassuply waits a random 30 to 90 seconds between campaign messages and pauses 60 to 300 seconds after every 10 messages.
  • Smart Send Protection is a warning only by default; when you turn on enforcement, Wassuply slows a number from risk score 60 and skips it from 80.
  • Wassuply keeps 5 WhatsApp sessions loaded at once by default, adjustable from 1 to 20 with Warm Pool Size.
  • Wassuply's default opt-out keywords are stop, unsubscribe, opt out, optout, remove me, dont contact and do not contact.
  • Reset All Settings in Wassuply restores factory defaults without touching your accounts, campaigns, contacts or warm-up sessions.

Where are Settings and how do changes save?#

Open Settings from the gear at the bottom of the sidebar, or press Cmd+, on a Mac. The left column lists 14 sections; pick one to see its options on the right.

  • Switches save instantly. If a save fails, the switch flips back and you see an error.
  • Number and text fields are buffered. A Save Changes button appears after you edit one; click it before leaving.
  • Opt-out keywords have their own Save Keywords button, and Your Name has its own Save.
  • Typing outside a field's range is not blocked, so keep to the ranges in the tables below.

What is in Profile?#

Tip: In version 1.0.4 the campaign wizard sets its own sending window in step 4 (9:00 to 21:00 when you switch it on), so the Window opens and Window closes values here are not applied to new campaigns. Set the window in each campaign. See Sending safety and Health and risk.

How do you set up Voice Notes and the AI Consultant?#

Both sections take your own API key, which is stored on this computer and sent directly to the provider, never through Wassuply's servers. You pay the provider directly.

Blank by default. Once set, AI Voice Note becomes a message type in the campaign wizard. Open Voice Library takes you to voice tuning and testing.
Provider

Which Privacy, Opt-Out and Logs & Data options are there?#

These sections control what is shown, what is recorded and which replies count as an opt-out. None of the privacy switches change how messages are sent.

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Stealth ModeOffPauses activity logging, hides phone numbers, blocks exports and hides Wassuply from the taskbar or Dock.

Auto-clear old logsOnWhen off, logs build up regardless of the window, up to the newest 10,000 entries.

Privacy also has Clear Activity Logs and Clear Error Log. Logs & Data has Clear All Activity Logs and an Error Log you can View, Copy and Clear, which is useful when contacting support. Per-campaign opt-out keywords are set in the campaign wizard. See Opt-outs and blacklist.

What do About and the Danger Zone do?#

About shows your Version, Electron, Platform and Node versions and has Check for Updates. The Danger Zone holds two actions that affect everything at once.

Stop Everything - Panic Button
Stop All pauses every running campaign and warm-up session on every number. Nothing is deleted; resume them from their own pages.
Reset All Settings
Reset returns settings to factory defaults. Accounts, campaigns, contacts and warm-up sessions are not affected.

Caution: Reset also turns Restore last open tab, Warn before closing and Group keyword flagged on. It does not reset the cross-campaign cooldown, default country code, reply scanning, opt-out keywords or your API keys.

Frequently asked questions#

Why did my change not save?

Number and text fields only save when you click Save Changes, which appears after you edit one. Switches save straight away.

Is the global daily limit shared by all my numbers?

No. It is a cap for each number that has no limit of its own, so with the default of 80, every such number can send up to 80 messages a day.

Should I turn on Smart Send enforcement?

Turn it on if you want Wassuply to slow or skip high-risk numbers for you. Left off, the risk score is shown as a warning and numbers send at the speed you set.

Where do I find the update button?

Settings → About → Check for Updates. On a Mac you can also use Wassuply → Check for Updates... in the menu bar.

Are my API keys sent to Wassuply?

No. AI and ElevenLabs keys are stored on your computer and sent only to the provider when a feature uses them.

What does the panic button actually stop?

Every running campaign and warm-up session on every number is paused. Nothing is deleted, and you resume each one by hand.

Does Stealth Mode stop campaigns?

No. Campaigns and warm-up keep running; Stealth Mode only stops logging, hides numbers and blocks exports.
