What utilities does Wassuply include?#
Wassuply includes four working utilities and three lead tools that are still coming soon. The table shows where each one lives.

Tip: WA Link, Contact Export and List Deduplicator start fresh each time you open them, so copy or download your result before switching screens. Group tools that keep their state are covered in WhatsApp group tools.
Caution: If Stealth Mode or Disable all data export is on in Settings → Privacy, the download buttons in Contact Export and List Deduplicator are greyed out. See settings.
How do I create a wa.me link with WA Link?#
Open Tools → WA Link (the screen is titled WhatsApp Link Generator), type a phone number and an optional message, then press Copy Link. Anyone who opens the link starts a WhatsApp chat with that number, with your message already typed.
Enter the number
In Phone Number, type the country code and number. Spaces and symbols are stripped, and Will use shows the final number.
Add a message
Type in Pre-filled Message (optional) or pick one of the five Quick messages: Hello, Inquiry, Support, Appointment or Follow-up. A character counter changes colour above 500 characters.
Copy or test
Press Copy Link to copy the link under Generated Link, or Test to open it. The phone preview on the right shows how the message will look.
How do I export the contacts of a WhatsApp number?#
Use Tools → Contact Export and its All Chat Contacts card. It reads the individual chats in one connected number's chat list and downloads them as a CSV.
- 1 · Select Account: pick a connected number.
- 2 · Extract: first open that number's WhatsApp view and scroll to the bottom of the chat list so every chat is loaded, then press Extract Contacts. Wassuply reports how many contacts and groups it found.
- 3 · Filter & Export: choose All or By Country (20 country codes, from India and the US to Australia), then press Download CSV. The file has Phone and Name columns, and a preview shows the first 50 rows.

How do I back up or export a WhatsApp chat?#
Open a number's WhatsApp view and click the download-cloud icon titled Backup / Export a chat. A Backup / Export Chat panel opens beside the live view; pick the chat and options, then press Export.
- Chat Type
- Contacts or Groups, then search and pick the chat under Select Contact or Select Group.
- Choose Export Time
- From is empty by default, meaning the first message; To defaults to today. Messages without a readable date are kept.
- Choose Export Attachment Type
- Export Images, Export Videos, Export Audios and Export Documents, all off by default. A message type that is off is left out of the export; stickers follow the images toggle.
- Only Export Attachments
- Skips text-only messages and keeps media and document rows.
- Download media files
- Off by default. Saves image files into a folder named after your export file plus _media, next to it. Other media types are listed but not downloaded.
- Export File Type
- HTML (default), JSON, CSV or Excel.
Wassuply first scrolls through the whole chat history, which can take a while. Only when it finishes does a save dialog ask where to put the file, starting in your Documents folder. Cancel it and nothing is saved. The panel then shows Export complete with the message count and file name.
Caution: The panel itself warns that a full chat export is the heaviest thing the app does on WhatsApp Web and can raise ban risk, more so with media downloads. Use it sparingly, and not while that number is busy sending.
What do the chat export formats contain?#
Every format holds the same messages; they differ in how easy they are to read or process.

CSV and Excel use the columns datetime, direction, sender, type, text, filename and mediaPath. Type is one of text, image, video, audio, document, sticker, location, contact, poll, revoked (a deleted message), system or unknown.
How do I remove duplicate numbers with List Deduplicator?#
Open Leads → List Deduplicator, paste your numbers into two or more lists and press Deduplicate. Wassuply returns one clean list plus a report of every duplicate. It works inside the app and does not use WhatsApp.
- Lists. It starts with List A and List B. Add List or the + button adds more; rename a list by clicking its name; the bin removes one when you have more than two.
- Input. One number per line, or separated by commas or semicolons.
- Matching. Spaces, dashes, brackets and dots are removed, and a leading + or 00 is dropped, so +44 7712 345678 and 0044 7712 345678 count as the same. Entries with fewer than 7 digits are ignored.
- Results. Four totals (Numbers in, Unique numbers, Duplicates removed, Clean rate), the Clean List with Copy all and Download (a clean-list.txt file), plus Cross-list duplicates and Within-list duplicates.
Caution: A number written in local format, such as 07712345678, is not matched with its international form 447712345678. Convert lists to full international numbers first.
Which lead tools are coming soon?#
Lead Finder, Phone Verify and List Cleaner appear under Leads but are coming soon: each opens a preview page of planned features, not a working tool.

Phone number checking already works in the customer portal under Phone verification, using your own NumLookupAPI key. It tells you whether a number is real, mobile or landline, and its carrier and country, but not whether it has WhatsApp. See customer portal. Frequently asked questions#
Does a wa.me link send a message by itself?
No. The link opens a WhatsApp chat with the number and the message pre-filled; the person who clicks it still presses send.
Why is my exported chat missing photos and voice notes?
The attachment toggles are off by default, and a message type that is off is left out. Turn on Export Images, Export Videos, Export Audios or Export Documents before exporting.
Can chat export download videos, voice notes and documents?
Not yet. Download media files saves images only. Other media appear in the export with their type and, where WhatsApp shows one, the file name.
Is chat export a full backup of my WhatsApp account?
No. It exports one chat at a time to a file you can read. To move a logged-in number to another computer, use the encrypted cloud backup in WhatsApp accounts.
Does Contact Export include group members?
No. It exports the individual chats in a number's chat list. Use Group Extractor to export the members of a group.
Does List Deduplicator check whether numbers are on WhatsApp?
No. It only removes repeated numbers. Checking numbers is planned for Phone Verify in the app; the portal's Phone verification checks validity and line type.
